What is 4Ps Assistance?

The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) is a human development measure of the national government that provides conditional cash grants to the poorest of the poor, to improve the health, nutrition, and the education of children aged 0-18.

Registered barangay residents who are active 4Ps beneficiaries may utilize this portal to submit their household profiling data and request localized barangay assistance services.

4Ps Assistance Requirements

Required Documents

Barangay ID / Proof of Residency
Proof that you are an official resident of the barangay.
4Ps ID / Proof of 4Ps Membership
Proof that the applicant or household is registered as an active 4Ps beneficiary.
Valid Government-Issued ID
A valid identification document of the household grantee or applicant.
